Affiliate Agreement for Create A Thriving Life Story™

This Independent Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Leadership Education Action Programs (“Company”), the parent company for Create a New Life Story™ Personal and Professional Development Platform for Women www.createanewlifestory.com and Affiliate as per checked acknowledgment at the end of this Agreement.

Company desires to engage independent affiliates to market the programs and products of Company, and Affiliate desires to engage in such services. Affiliate and Company are also referred to as “Parties” to the Agreement.

Length of Agreement: The parties agree to a term of one (1) year from date of acceptance by Affiliate, unless otherwise terminated in writing by either party. Affiliate can continue as an Affiliate by re-applying and completing an updated application. Company reserves the right to terminate Affiliate after the term if there are no sales in a 12-month period as a result of Affiliate’s efforts or lack of effort. Affiliate will be notified of upcoming campaigns via Affiliate Portal or specific emails from Company and invited to participate. Affiliate may elect not to participate in a particular campaign.

Enrollment: The parties agree to the enrollment of Affiliate under this Agreement as follows:

  1. Affiliate shall accept specific Campaigns offered by Company and market using the banners and email samples provided by Company. Affiliate will only use the promotional materials provided by Company.
  2. Affiliate agrees to use the trademark for Company’s products and services such as Prosperity-Builder Affiliate™ or Prosperity IQ (P-IQ)® as well as many other such products such as New Money Story®. At no time should any of the programs without a ™ or ® be released by Affiliate.
  3. Affiliate understands and agrees that once Company accepts Affiliate, Affiliate’s relationship with Company is nonexclusive meaning Company will engage other affiliates to market its products and services and Affiliate may engage with other companies that are not in direct competition with Company.
  4. Affiliate will use their best effort to promote, utilizing word of mouth, their mailing lists, social media including Linked-In, newsletters, and other means pre-approved by Company. Affiliate may place a short pre-written description on Affiliate’s website linking it to Company’s Platform, and any and all other internet networks acceptable to Company. All sales will be processed directly through Company’s Click Funnels Platform.
  5. Each Affiliate will have a special link (in Affiliate Portal) to assure commissions are credited and paid directly to them from their marketing efforts. If more than one Affiliate promotes to the same potential purchaser, the first one that sent link that was received by Company will be paid for that referral’s purchases. Though Affiliates can use their own code (link) to register, Company does not pay commissions on Affiliate’s own purchases but many campaigns will have special vouchers/coupons for their own purchases and be invited to participate in opportunity challenges and bonuses.
  6. This Affiliate Program Platform was designed to provide workshops, webinars, online courses, and live Masterclasses for women to thrive.
  7. Company will provide tracking for your commissions and the number of registrations that come from your personal Affiliate link. You’ll be able to use the Tracking Tool links in the menu to check your stats and view your commissions.
  8. A commission of 20% will be paid to Affiliate on every purchase made using the Affiliate’s special link less Paypal, Stripe or other credit card fees. As an Independent Contractor, unless you have an LLC or corporate ID, you will be mailed a 1099 for all commissions received in a calendar year with a total exceeding $600.  A valid W9 must be executed by Affiliate and emailed to gloria@createathrivinglifestory.com
  9. Affiliate will inform Company how they are to receive commissions; Paypal, Auto Deposit to Checking Account Bank. A check from account marked VOID must be submitted and emailed to gloria@createathrivinglifestory.com
  10. Affiliate is not permitted to comment negatively about or disparage the products or services of Company or any other person or entity, including without limitation the products or services of a Company’s competitor.  Affiliate is not permitted to engage in any unlawful or deceptive actions with respect to search engine optimization, including, but not limited to, using any technique that generates paid search results based on any trademarks of Company,  any brand name of Company, or based on the trademarks or brand name of any competitor of Company, or any other third party.  Company retains the right to cancel Affiliate Agreement for any such actions listed therein.

Affiliate understands and agrees that these Terms and Conditions shall be executed under the laws of the State of California.
