Mindy provides Resiliency Coaching Through Nature for women impacted by divorce. As a Resiliency Coach Mindy helps women strengthen their connections so that they feel listened to, validated, and supported while they navigate change and transformation.
Her coaching uses nature-connected practices that build mindfulness, self-awareness and self-motivation, supported by realistic goal and objective setting and accountability processes. Mindy’s approach gently guides and supports clients on issues that they self-identify, to make and maintain the changes that they choose. It is founded and grounded in recent research and principles of neurobiology, psychology, trauma, loss and grief, and transformational coaching.
